Open Outlook Express and at the top of the browser Click the following :
  • File
  • Identities
  • Add New Identity
  • At this point, name the account and switch to it now.
The wizard will take you through the steps to create the account. If you have problems, don't worry, just finish the wizard. You can correct the settings when you are done.

When you go to your mail account settings *, on either Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook, they should look like this:
